- Identify missing information, incomplete documentation or attendance concerns and escalate these to Employment Coaches and managers.
- Support compliance with safeguarding, Prevent, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), and Health and Safety requirements.
- Assist with internal audits, quality assurance activities, contract monitoring and external inspections.
- Ensure programme documentation and evidence meet the required standards and deadlines.
Reporting and Performance Monitoring
- Produce and maintain reports covering referrals, enrolments, programme starts, attendance, progression, completions and employment outcomes.
- Update internal databases, CRM platforms and management information systems accurately and consistently.
- Support the team in monitoring contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and programme delivery targets.
- Identify discrepancies or gaps in management information and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Ensure reporting information is accurate, complete and submitted within agreed timescales.
- Provide administrative support to managers and delivery colleagues as required.
Communication and Team Collaboration
- Build positive working relationships with young people, Employment Coaches, employers and external partners.
- Respond to participant and stakeholder enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Share relevant updates with the delivery team to support effective communication and continuity of service.
- Assist with the coordination of programme activities, appointments, inductions and training sessions.
- Contribute ideas to improve administrative processes, record-keeping and overall programme efficiency.
- Support a collaborative team environment focused on delivering high-quality services and positive participant outcomes.
