Trigon Recruitment was established in 2020 by our Founder and Director Craig Doyle. We are an award winning National Recruitment Agency who primarily specialise the Employability and Skills Sector. Having worked in the Sector in a variety of delivery and leadership roles within both Welfare to Work and Skills, founder Craig thought long and hard about what to name the business. Craig states, “When setting up Trigon Recruitment choosing a name was very important to me. I wanted something that really represented the essence of recruitment but also sounded contemporary and cutting edge. Ironically – ‘Trigon’ is actually an archaic name for triangle. The triangle is to represent the three key parties involved in the recruitment process – the client, the candidate and the agency.”

This ethos underpins how we operate. As a business we understand how essential getting the right personnel into the right roles is and equally how destructive getting this wrong can be. This drives our methodology, approach and process which comprises of a four stage candidate screening process to ensure a thorough and robust candidate assessment and appraisal is carried out to ensure a great match for all parties.

We work across the UK and Ireland and support a broad range of businesses including Independent Training Providers, Colleges and FE establishments, not for profit organisations, housing associations. These vary in size from small local SME’s, to national providers all the way through to global institutions. Our extensive CRM gives us quick access to 1000’s of sector professionals with National coverage ensuring we can produce high calibre candidates in a timely fashion.

All of the Executive team have worked within the Employability and Skills Sector as Practitioners so have first hand experience of the knowledge, skills, behaviours and characteristics candidates will need to demonstrate to be successful with their role.
