Job Title: Apprenticeship Sales Executive – Early Years & Education
Location: Remote
Salary: £42,000 Basic + 1% Bonus on Billings
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
  
Role Overview We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and ambitious training provider seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Sales Executive to drive learner and employer engagement across the Early Years and Education sector.
This is a fully remote role focused on building relationships with employers, promoting apprenticeship programmes, and supporting business growth through high-quality consultative sales activity.
The ideal candidate will have proven apprenticeship sales experience and a strong understanding of the Early Years and Education landscape, including employer needs, funding awareness, and apprenticeship delivery models.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities within the Early Years and Education sector
  • Build and manage relationships with employers, nurseries, schools, and education settings
  • Promote apprenticeship programmes and workforce development solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to enrolment
  • Work towards and exceed monthly billing and performance targets
  • Provide employers with guidance around apprenticeship funding and programme suitability
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to ensure a smooth learner journey
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity using the company CRM system
  • Attend virtual meetings and networking opportunities to support business growth
  • Keep up to date with apprenticeship funding rules and sector developments

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in apprenticeship sales or business development
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years and Education sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and billing targets
  • Understanding of apprenticeship funding and levy/non-levy employers
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach
  • Strong organisational and pipeline management skills
